Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Amogh Tantra, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Since our products include spiritual, religious, vastu, and pooja-related items, we maintain a transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@amoghtantra.in with your order details.
• Once an order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if:
  • The order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery (as per our Return Policy).
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our products, the following are non-refundable:

• Rudraksha beads, yantras, and energized/abhimantrit items.
• Pooja samagri and consumable ritual products (incense, oils, camphor, etc.).
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.

4. Replacement Option

• If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• If a replacement is not possible (out of stock), we will issue a full refund.
