Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Amoghtantra.in, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Since our products include spiritual, religious, vastu, and pooja-related items, we maintain a transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@amoghtantra.in with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:
- The order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery (as per our Return Policy).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our products, the following are non-refundable:

Rudraksha beads, yantras, and energized/abhimantrit items.
Pooja samagri and consumable ritual products (incense, oils, camphor, etc.).
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.

4. Replacement Option

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not possible (out of stock), we will issue a full refund.
