At Amoghtantra.in, we strive to ensure that every customer receives genuine and carefully packaged products. Since we deal in religious, spiritual, and vastu products such as rudraksha, pooja samagri, and yantras, we follow a clear and transparent return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
Requests for returns must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@amoghtantra.in.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Rudraksha, yantras, and energized/abhimantrit products.
Pooja samagri and consumable ritual products (incense, camphor, oils, etc.).
Any product used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Replacements

In case of wrong or defective items, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
